* Active Living Facilitator - Instructor Trainer for the Manitoba Fitness Council.

* Recipient of the "Healthy Living Award" in 2006 from the Reh-Fit Center Foundation of Winnipeg and the "Women & Sport Breakthrough Award" in 2002 from the Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women in Sport.

  • <b>Zumba&reg; Basic</b><br /> Licensed to teach regular Zumba&reg; classes.
  • <b>Zumba Gold&reg;</b><br /> Licensed to teach specially designed Zumba&reg; classes for the active older adult or deconditioned participant.
  • <b>Zumba&reg; Basics 2</b><br /> Licensed to teach regular Zumba&reg; classes with a focus on more specialty rhythms: belly dance, flamenco, tango and samba.
  • <b>Zumbatomic&reg;</b><br /> Licensed to teach the custom-designed kids program that blends dance-fitness routines with fun games and high-energy music.
